The open courtyard inside the building, with its fountain and sky overhead, is gorgeous, and everyone we met was friendly. Upstairs there's a pool and hot tub, with a BBQ and plenty of places to sit, eat, or hang out. The sunset views are lovely, the elevator is really fast, and the location is great too.

Right among some of the best restaurants and bars, this is an excellent spot. The building is peaceful and respectful, and the rooftop pool is exquisite.

I rented unit 211 through PVRPV for a workcation, and I'd do it again. The unit and building were spotless, well maintained, and very quiet despite being right in the middle of everything. There was a calming courtyard and a gorgeous rooftop pool, plus a late-night taco stand across the street. A few things could be better: the elevator was slow, there was no gym in the building (you need to buy a weekly pass down the street), and the old door lock meant using a key to lock up from inside at night.

The rooftop infinity pool looks out over the Pacific, and the sunset views are gorgeous. You're right in the heart of Zona Romantica, with great restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the beach is three blocks away. Amazing property, highly recommended.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, and I'd stay again, though I'd be more careful with my things. Some belongings and money were taken from the safe.
