Vallarta Live Hotel

We were sorry to leave what felt like a home away from home, and we'll always appreciate our time there. My sister and I spent a week at Vallarta Live Hotel, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout. When we arrived, the friendly front desk team let us check in early. Our room was comfortable and had a microwave, mini fridge, extra sink, plenty of room for clothes and groceries, and a closet safe. We slept wonderfully and felt safe and cared for throughout our stay. The next morning, a lockdown began. For the two days it lasted, the staff treated us like family, stayed on hand, and provided breakfast, lunch, dinner, water, coffee, and soft drinks. Guests could spend time together on the rooftop, with its lovely pool, chairs, and tables. The area has grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and coffee shops. It's a quick walk to the beach and to the main street for a bus. We'd recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in PVR.

When flight delays left us needing a place at the last minute, the hotel was very accommodating with our reservation. We felt safe, and the nice, clean hotel was well maintained. The staff were attentive and respectful, and made us feel like family. The price was quite reasonable, and restaurants, shopping, Costco, Walmart, and La Comer were all just minutes away. We met other guests who agreed this was a great find. We can't say enough about Vallarta Live Hotel. Eva and Jose highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my week here. Though the hotel isn't in the tourist core, getting to Zona Romantica is an easy, short bus ride. I liked exploring the safe residential neighborhood, with its cool local restaurants and taco stands, and felt comfortable walking alone. The boutique hotel was lovely, and my room was super clean and new, with a mini fridge, Nespresso machine, safe, and even a microwave that I didn't spot until my last day. The bathroom and towels were really nice. There's a rooftop pool with neighborhood views, and the front desk lends out beach towels. The staff were friendly and helpful, even giving me change for the bus.

A modern, nicely decorated hotel that's very new and clean, and great value. There's a rooftop pool, and it's right by Costco and La Comer. Highly recommend.
