Villa Divina Luxury Boutique – Adults Only

The quiet, intimate feel at Villa Divina gave my wife and me a chance to relax and reconnect during our wedding anniversary trip. The villa is elegant and tucked away, with wonderful views of Puerto Vallarta. The meals and service were exceptional, and everything felt thoughtful and personal. It’s a short drive to downtown, where we enjoyed the cobblestone streets and lively dining scene. Rhythms of the Night is a must-see. Pascual and all the staff made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived. We’re grateful they made our anniversary so special, and can’t wait to return.

I booked the penthouse suite at Villa Divina Boutique Hotel expecting luxury, but the stay was chaotic, dirty, and handled without professionalism. I had no room keys for several hours after check-in, and staff tried to clean the windows after I’d already arrived. There was no hot water the whole time, despite my reporting it repeatedly, and the Smart TV in the master bedroom didn’t work. There was a hair in the refrigerator and dead bugs all over the suite. While I was preparing food, I noticed hundreds of tiny translucent bugs on the kitchen counter that I could barely see. A worker was outside my windows while I was getting dressed, which felt like a total invasion of privacy. I also felt trapped because I couldn’t leave the hotel unless a worker let me out. It was scary and weird. For the price, this place is a joke. Management clearly didn’t care. Don’t waste your money here. You’re better off anywhere else.

It’s a beautiful, comfortable hotel, but the steep hill makes the return walk from the beach virtually impossible at the end of the day. The beach is quite a walk away, and I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason.

Villa Divina felt like a treasure. The place has an incredible ambience and stunning views, and the staff were smiling all day. They made us feel like special guests in someone’s mansion. Pascual and Omar were especially welcoming. When the team found out it was my birthday, Pasqual surprised me with a birthday cake and flowers and serenaded me. It made me so happy. We had a truly relaxing, wonderful time.
