A quiet, nice place to relax, with a lovely pool. Most of the staff were really friendly, though I did have a few issues with the guy at the entrance. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach.

The condos are decent, but you’re quite isolated here, set back from the beach with no walkable beach access or nearby food service. You’ll want a car. With one, it can work as a base for visiting nearby places. Haixa was meant to include four towers and a beach club, but only one tower was built. As I write this, the only other operating parts of the Litibu development are the golf course and the all-inclusive Iberostar.

A peaceful place to get away, close to Salulita and Punta Mita. There’s a Greg Norman golf course, pools, jacuzzis, and the beach is within walking distance.
