The staff were nice, but the room smelled like urine and mold or mildew. I woke up congested and needed my inhaler. Water pressure was almost nonexistent. It took an hour to wash my body and hair, and my hair is above my ears. I asked to change rooms. I only speak English, and after they came in, I could tell they smelled what I did, but they left me there. I gave up. I'm in Mexico and can't speak Spanish, so I didn't want to seem like a spoiled American. The conditions were deplorable. Zero out of ten, I wouldn't recommend it.

The breakfast was okay, but the hotel feels old and poorly maintained. Water pressure was low, the AC was too loud, and cleanliness wasn't great. I found a cockroach in the room.

I've been staying at the Holiday Inn since 8/2021 for work, almost a year now, and I've been comfortable here. The staff are friendly and always willing to help with what I need. I considered renting a place instead for such a long stay, but I don't think I'd be as comfortable elsewhere. Having a restaurant attached is great. They have a breakfast buffet, and food is served until 11PM. The food is great, and the restaurant staff are friendly and professional.

The food at the hotel restaurant is good, but the service is horrible. I once waited more than 30 minutes without anyone serving me. Staff walked right past and helped people who arrived after me. You can wait ages just to be served, then twice as long for food that's lukewarm and dried out, then longer for the check and again to pay. In a two-hour meal, you might spend half an hour actually eating. The service comes across as passively aggressive and rude. If you have a choice, don't eat there.
