Several things about the booking weren't clear, including that the 2,000 dollar deposit had to be paid in cash but was refunded by bank transfer. The facilities looked neglected, run-down, and dirty. The pool wasn't heated and had algae, and loose or missing tiles caused cuts. Drinking water came and went, the refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived, and the beds smelled like urine. It was much farther from the beach than advertised.

We rented from Miss Perla and received excellent service. I’d read a comment saying the house had a neglected pool, which really worried me because of the children, but it wasn’t like that at all when we arrived. The house was in good condition and not old as some people had said. The refrigerator was just having its plastic wrap removed. Everything was great during our stay.
