Hotel Bungalows La Rienda Guayabitos

The outside of the hotel looks decent, and it's not far from the beach, but the rooms are cramped and neglected. The bathroom mirror was broken, there wasn't much space, and the sink and shower faucets were dirty. It didn't look like they'd been properly cleaned. The TV had no channels; we reported it, but although they said someone from maintenance would come, nobody showed up. The whole place seemed dirty, and the bathrooms smelled awful. The staff barely paid attention when we approached them, and the women responsible for cleaning were on their phones a lot. I understand it can be slow in the off-season, but that's no excuse for leaving the place uncleaned. We also had a bad experience, and I agree with the low rating. The service and hygiene were poor. I don't recommend it.

The common areas stayed filthy the whole time, and music played all day with no apparent concern for guests trying to rest. The rooms smelled musty, the air conditioners didn't work, and the old fridge smelled bad. Bathrooms were tiny and in poor shape, with no toilet paper, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel. Find somewhere else if you can.

The location was disappointing, with muddy streets and puddles everywhere. Inside, the curtains only covered half the windows. The common areas were filthy, and they didn't clean the rooms. Staff played music at full volume without considering anyone else. Definitely not recommended.

The beach is roughly a 10-minute walk away. My experience was good, though not excellent. The fridge was broken and we ran out of water pretty quickly, but the employees acted fast once I let them know.
