My Expedia travel reservation was for last night, but they didn't honor it. When I arrived, I was told there weren’t any rooms available.

We’ve stayed here several times, and things have always been excellent before. But on November 17th, we had to check out at 5:00 AM, and the person who checked us in was unpleasant and inattentive. He kept us waiting while he checked the room, then came back with a dusty towel that my husband had shaken off his shoes. He said hotel policy meant we had to pay for it. We agreed to pay for the laundry, but he charged us 350 and said we could keep the towel. It was old and frayed. The rest of the staff were super friendly, but this night shift man is awful, and it’s not just about the towel. He has absolutely no regard for guests.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the hotel is spotless, with newly renovated facilities. There’s private parking, an in-room safe, a refrigerator if you want to keep drinks or food, complimentary coffee, Wi-Fi, and a basic but great gym. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the TV next door if it’s too loud. Otherwise, highly recommended.

My room was spacious, but the phone didn’t work, and you have to ask for an iron and hairdryer. I made the reservation by phone, but when I arrived they had no record of it because another receptionist had handled it. At checkout, only the receptionist does the room inspection, and it took a long time. She had more than three guests waiting, and it took her 25 minutes. They also didn’t send the invoice on time.
