Our room was ready and clean, and the reservation included a good, hearty breakfast. The location was convenient, just north of the city center. We had a great stay while visiting Saltillo. Parking was a problem because renovations had cut down the available vehicle spaces. There was also no phone directory for making outside calls, and the front desk didn't respond.

I don't usually write reviews, but the photos aren't what you find once you're in the room. The place needs an upgrade. The room itself was clean, but I found some hairs on the bed and sheets, and the bathroom walls were chipped and need work. If you just need a quick place to rest like we did, it's probably okay. I wouldn't recommend staying longer. Either way, read the reviews before you book.

The room was huge, and for about $50 a night through booking.com I thought the quality was well worth the price. Breakfast came with the stay, though it was only so-so. One thing for the property to check: the plumbing in Room 205 seemed old. Both taps leaked a little, and the drain plug wouldn't keep water in the sink. I'd recommend staying here if you're in Saltillo.

There was noise constantly, with kids running and shouting in the halls morning, day, and night, plus doors slamming. The room didn't block any of it because of gaps around the door. Inside, it was dirty, with shaved hair stuck to the shower wall and no trash can. The mattress was old, and the bed squeaked.

The carpets need a wash, or maybe they should be removed, because the hotel smelled musty. Still, we slept comfortably. We had luggage strapped on top of our truck and didn't want to unload it. The guard kindly offered to keep an extra eye on it, and when rain started, he brought us trash bags to cover the bags. Thank you for that. Besides the smell, it was a pretty good stay.
