Breakfast was very nice, and everything was clean. The staff were pleasant, especially the cheerful, friendly housekeeping team. The hotel is also well placed for the city's main sights. We didn't sleep well, though. Guests leaving early woke us each morning, and the walls are so thin it felt like they were in our room. The room itself was adequate, but the bathroom had no place to set anything, a shelf would've helped. It might be fine for one night, but several nights became a struggle.

The location was the one real plus, with everything nearby. Still, it felt pretty average behind that fancy, comfortable-looking exterior, and I thought it was overpriced. When we asked where to get coffee in the morning, the response was nasty. The door mechanism was also kind of loud, and they kept replacing only two of our three towels. At checkout, they insisted we'd taken a hanger and charged us for it. There are plenty of nearby, homier places to support, so save your money.

The patio is lovely, and the staff gave excellent service. Our room was quiet and very clean, with a great mattress and nice linen. The shower had good pressure and reliably hot water. The value is amazing. This will be my stop whenever I return to San Cristóbal!

The room was simple and comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The people working there were very friendly and super helpful. I did feel it could be cleaner, mostly in the little details, but those make all the difference. I'd suggest adding shampoo and soap dispensers to cut down on single-use plastic, which is bad for the environment. I recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean. A couple we were shown had a slight chemical smell from cleaning, though ours was fine. The Wi-Fi signal and internet connection were unstable.
