The dirty sheets on my bed were replaced quickly after I reported them. It can happen, but it’s a very serious issue and lowered my final rating. I’d call this a decent three star hotel, not five star, on trust. The hotel itself is nice, with bright, spacious rooms. The bathroom is small but clean. It has a shower curtain instead of glass, which I didn’t like because it gave me the impression of poor hygiene, though that’s a personal preference. I had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Dinner was okay, about 6/10, but nothing special. Breakfast had little choice, more like a B&B breakfast, so 5/10. It’s outside the center, with a shopping center, cinema, theater, and not much else nearby. You can walk to the center, but it’s a bit of a long walk, so I’d say it’s fine for a one-night stay.

Housekeeping was excellent, and I’d definitely stay again. The service was really good too. We did notice there wasn’t a microwave in the room, which feels like a pretty basic hotel amenity. Noise from other rooms and outside the hotel was also audible.

The hotel feels calm, and a taxi to the old town costs 40 Pesos. It’s a very good place in the premium league, with big, clean, nicely furnished rooms.

The room is nice, and the Hall has charm. Attention was good, but the bathroom is tiny, and I couldn't get the hot and cold water to mix.
