The location is the only positive thing about this hotel. There was a lot of noise from the courtyard restaurant, and the room lighting was very poor. Air circulation in the rooms is terrible, and the bathroom gets extremely wet, leaving visible humidity damage on the walls. The bathroom is outdated and feels unhygienic, and it needs a serious upgrade.

Kind, helpful staff and a great location. There's no elevator to the second floor and no handrail on the stairs, which is a problem if you have any type of disability. There are no phones in the rooms either, so you'll need to text them for anything you need.

The decor and atmosphere suit the town so well, and the location couldn't be better: you can walk everywhere, with lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. We had a fantastic stay, and the friendly staff genuinely care about your experience. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived, thanks to the very pleasant staff. The family room was a nice surprise, with a second bathroom, a couch, and a chair. There were bottles of water in the room, and the restaurant served fantastic food, though the portions were small. My only complaint was that the hot water wasn't hot enough at this hotel near the pedestrian street. It seemed better on the second night after I asked them to check it.

The food and wine event was phenomenal, and we came away with fantastic memories. This was our favourite place during our travels in Mexico, and we'd love to return. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and the staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and lovely presentation. You can tell the chef takes real pride in the food. My dad and brother are chefs, so I'm quite fussy and know how much work it takes to develop, prepare, and present dishes like these.
