We really enjoyed breakfast baskets every morning, and the rooftop pool was warm with comfortable chairs. The staff were especially helpful and friendly. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in San Pancho, in a great spot, though it can get a little noisy. They provide earplugs, and the noise didn’t bother us.

We booked the whole hotel for our wedding and had an amazing time. The pool was great, the staff were friendly, and it’s right in the center of town. Everyone loved it, including friends of ours who don’t travel.

The main downside was the noise from the bars and restaurants nearby. There was a loud party during our stay that went on until 3 AM, which made it hard to sleep. If you’re sensitive to noise, that could be a problem, especially near the main areas. Aside from that, I had a wonderful time at San Pancho Ciye Hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the staff were so friendly and always checked that we had what we needed. The hotel itself felt cozy and relaxing, and the service was top-notch. I’d recommend it for a stay in San Pancho, as long as you’re prepared for some noise.

We had such a lovely time and felt very welcome. The staff were amazing, and it was nice to come back to a clean room and fresh towels every day. We also really enjoyed the croissant and orange juice each morning, along with the laundry service. The only downside was the noise.
