The rooms are simple, clean, and tidy, with affordable rates. It's very close to the airport but away from the city. The front desk staff don't speak much English, though we managed. The cleaning spray in the room was a small annoyance. I think they may use it to cover smoke smells, and it was really pungent during our stay. Good accommodation for up to two nights.

The price is great, the rooms have recently been renovated, housekeeping does a good job, and the water pressure is strong. You can ask the front desk for useful items like coffee cups and utensils, but check carefully when booking because not every room has a kitchen. Street-facing ground-floor rooms are discounted on Booking.com, likely because of the noise and weaker Wi-Fi signal. The plumbing seems poorly designed, and gases can vent into the rooms. The hydrogen sulfide smells like rotten eggs and is very unpleasant. Your sense of smell can quickly get used to it, though, so you may not notice if the concentration changes from annoying to dangerous.

The customer service and location were both terrible. I wrote to management, but they stopped replying, so I had to file a complaint with Profeco.

I could hear people chatting and laughing until 2am because the sound isolation was so bad, which was extremely frustrating. There was no hot water, only lukewarm at best, so I couldn't take a proper shower. The room was as plain as it gets, with white walls and sheets and barely any effort to make it inviting. It's more like a motel than a hotel, in a village beside the road with traffic noise. Reception doesn't speak English either. I'd avoid this place.
