We loved spending five days at this beautiful oasis in San Jose del Cabo. Our Deluxe room had a patio that was even better than we'd imagined, and the spacious room had a very comfortable king bed. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

Eleven rooms in our group stayed at Casa Natalia for a small wedding in San Jose del Cabo, and all 20 of us were incredibly happy with the experience. It's a great option for a wedding or reunion. The photos don't capture its low-key Mexican vibe, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff were outstanding, and the food was great. The value was excellent, and we were grateful to the owner and staff for taking such good care of us. People are already asking to come back for a reunion in a few years. The location is central, with everything within walking distance. The town felt very safe, and there's a beach club affiliated with the hotel. There was plenty to do, or we could just enjoy the hammocks, pool, and food. I'm sure many of us will be back.

We stayed in Cuarto Cactus, which had the sweetest outdoor hot tub. The restaurant looked nice, though we didn't try dinner, and breakfast was simple but decent. I enjoyed hearing cascading water fill the pool, a sound you can hear all over the property.

The room had several problems besides the internet: there was no shower door, the TV remote didn't work, and the pool water was very cold for a hotel at this price. On our first day, the receptionist who had checked us in just hours earlier ran after us through the hotel to ask if we were guests, as though we were trespassing. We reported the lack of internet on the first day and brought it up six times during the stay, but nothing was fixed. WiFi reached only the terrace and a small corner of the bathroom, so it was unusable from the room. We used up our mobile data trying to keep up with work. On day three, the receptionist suggested the problem was on our end because no other guests had complained, but nobody came to check the room's signal. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional. We left genuinely disappointed. The reviews had led us to expect an exceptional guest experience, but ours was quite the opposite.

Mi Cocina was the highlight for us. The food was prepared with care and the flavors were perfectly put together. After breakfast, Nicole said her omelette was the best she'd ever had. Hotel guests get 15% off too. We'd come to San Jose for a conference and wanted a boutique stay after a luxurious hotel. We spent two nights at Casa Natalia and loved it. Our room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed, a roomy bathroom with plenty of storage and counter space, a sitting area, a computer area, and a private outdoor sitting space. Outside, water constantly spilled from a feature into the pool, masking other outdoor and street sounds and making the area peaceful. The hotel has only about 16 rooms, so it never felt crowded. Shops, restaurants, and the Art District are all within walking distance. The property could be difficult to get around for someone with mobility issues, and it's definitely not wheelchair friendly. I'd happily recommend Casa Natalia for a stay in San Jose del Cabo.
