I stayed for three nights and gave it five stars for the value. The rooms were clean, the AC worked great through a horrible summer, and the hosts were lovely and had great tips about the city. It’s just what a solo traveler needs on a budget. The location is ideal, with the beach and art district within walking distance. The neighborhood was lively over the weekend, and there are some great restaurants nearby. They also have indoor services, and I got some really good coffee to start my day.

We came across this place by chance, and what a gem. The room was comfortable, and the art around the hotel is beautiful. Everything is walkable from this spot on the edge of the centro. Cinthya & Hernan's hospitality was unmatched. Muchos gracias!! 🫶🏼

It's a relaxed place, clean and secure, with staff and owners who are always smiling. Hernan gave me great local tips for food and transportation. I really dislike resorts and chain hotels, and small hostels in tourist areas can be hit or miss, but Senor Manana was a great choice. Support local businesses like this.

There was no water in the toilet at first, and by evening there was no shower water either. The place didn't provide the room type booked on the platform, but gave us a smaller one and charged the larger room's price. No one was on the premises, and WhatsApp was the only way to communicate, with slow replies. It doesn't feel like a hotel: no reception staff, no pool, and it's not close to the beach. Don't be fooled by the photos. A nearby hostel offers better service and facilities. Never coming back.

We loved our breakfast in the courtyard the next morning, especially the resident cat, and the owners were friendly and welcoming. The location is great for walking to shops, galleries, restaurants, and the main square. It's a rustic place, with simple but clean rooms. There was a lot of noise from the club next door, though that's expected downtown. This won't suit everyone, but we'd absolutely return. If you're not after anything fancy, it could be your place.
