We didn't feel safe here, especially traveling with our kid with Autism. The suite was for five, but the curtains didn't close enough to block people outside from seeing in, and the rooms couldn't be locked from the inside, so anyone with a key could come in at any time. Guests also had to leave cash deposits just to use basics like coffee or soda, and they wouldn't take credit cards. I was shocked by that, and management wasn't open to feedback. It's a fairly new hotel, and the location is good with pretty architecture. I hope they address these problems.

The pool is small and unheated, so the water's cold, haha. It should be fine on a less busy day. The room itself is lovely, with cool interior design. They don't offer food service in the afternoon, and apparently the morning options are quite limited.

The villa-style spaces are clean, and there's private parking on the property. The staff are friendly and the service is good. I sometimes caught a "countryside" smell 🐴 during my stay, but that's normal in this area. It's near downtown Bernal, though I'd recommend having a car to get there. There's a small shop, but no food service.
