What keeps bringing me back is the warm, thoughtful service. The team is flexible and tries hard to make what you need happen, and the shuttle is very good too. I spend several weeks here at a time, and they make it feel like home, which matters a lot to me. The hotel is very clean and in a quiet area of San Juan, with plenty of places reachable on foot along the main street. Thanks, Excellence Team.

The hotel stay was great, and both the rooms and service were very good. What bothered me was the pool water, which was incredibly hot. I preferred sitting outside instead of getting in, and lowering the temperature would make it more comfortable. There also isn't a restaurant at the hotel, so I had to find somewhere nearby for dinner.

The noise was the big problem here. At any hour, day or night, I could hear the pounding from businesses around the place and couldn't sleep. I also wish there were coffee available throughout the day and evening, plus room service or dinner options. I ate at USA wings across from the hotel and got salmonella poisoning, which left me sick for a week. Aside from that, the place wasn't bad.

Could work well if you're traveling for business in the area.

The beds and pillows were really comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature were just right. The staff were very friendly too. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to San Juan del Río.
