The place is beautiful, iconic, clean, and very basic, with big rooms that feel like an old hacienda. Its downtown location is really convenient. The wifi is slow, though, and customer service is terrible. There's no restaurant and not even coffee available. They only seemed to have two people at the front desk. The guy there wasn't willing to help with our luggage since they don't have a bellboy, and the receptionist was sitting down most of the time during check-in and on a few other occasions.

This little family-owned hotel has a great atmosphere, with a beautiful building, lots of plants, helpful staff, parking, and a central location. It's clean and unpretentious. There's no restaurant on site, but the one literally next door is great and delivers anything in no time.

The personnel were great, and the rooms were decent. It's right in the heart of San Juan Del Rio Queretaro, close enough to walk to the main plaza. The parking entrance is hard to spot, though the area itself is excellent.

The room and grounds were clean and GORGEOUS, and parking was easy. Check-in went smoothly and it was excellent value. I'd give it 5 stars if the water had been warmer. It was only lukewarm in the evening and morning, not quite enough for a shower.

The rooms are clean and have an old-fashioned charm, and the location is great. The staff are friendly. Some don't speak English, but we managed to communicate.
