The location is very good, and the rooms are nicely furnished. Street noise comes through the old windows, though. Also, not having breakfast available before 9 a.m. is pretty ridiculous for business travelers. That’s why I’m giving service two stars.

The hotel has a classic Mexican hacienda feel, with comfortable rooms and a really spacious bathroom. Our room faced a busy street, so there was extra noise. The staff were friendly.

It’s in a wonderful part of the city, and everything was lovely apart from a problem with the bathroom drain. They fixed it quickly and sorted it out.

We found out after leaving that we’d been charged twice for parking. The hotel put it on my credit card, then the car park attendant told us to pay him in cash. Even with that issue, I’d stay here again. It’s a great boutique hotel in the old part of San Luis Potosi.

Great location, and we loved the horse that lives in the parking lot. The staff were friendly, though they all seemed like college kids on vacation, and the guy working on Christmas Day seemed a little unsure about some details. In Room 2, the old wooden floor creaks a lot. The bathroom windows have no covering, so neighbors across the street can see in.
