Fiesta Americana San Luis Potosi

This was the best hotel on our trip from Colorado to Quintana Roo, México. They welcomed pets and even set my dog up with a bed and bowls. The room was very comfortable, and there are a few shops attached, including an apple store and a Krispy Kreme.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, which makes sense since the hotel is fairly new. It's a tall building for this area, so we had a nice view, though the city itself wasn't especially scenic. Valet parking was the only option, at about 100 pesos a day, reasonable for the location. Getting around was easy since the hotel sits in a shopping mall in central San Luis Potosí, with large supermarkets nearby. A practical, comfortable place to stay if shopping and dining access matters.

The business setup worked well for us. There was a roomy business center with helpful staff nearby, and we had no trouble with the equipment. The rooms were clean and looked after, and the service was good. English was available too. We enjoyed the food and drinks at the main hotel restaurant, and the tequila selection was extensive for a hotel. We skipped the steakhouse. There are also around 15 restaurants or bars just a short walk away. I'd readily recommend this place to someone visiting the area for business.

Breakfast was delicious and well organized, and the staff clearly take pride in keeping things clean. The front desk team were so kind and helpful, and made us feel at home. Our room was spotless and fresh, too. There's a lovely, peaceful park just a five-minute walk away, which made the location feel perfect. We had a fantastic stay and are already talking about coming back with the family. Highly recommend it for an easy, stress-free visit.
