I made a reservation through the hotel's website in July 2025 and cancelled it within the allowed period. I've contacted the hotel several times and shared my details. Each time, I was told someone would get back to me. They also gave me an email address, and I've sent several messages there, but still haven't had a reply.

For our one-night stay, the location was perfect, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. The beds were super comfortable, the place was very clean, and service was good. Breakfast was free and Mexican-style. Great hotel.

The room felt too dim to me and could use more lighting. I also didn't like having to pay separately for parking. It would make more sense to include it in the room price. The buffet was basic, like at most hotels, but there was plenty of food, and the chef kept checking that nothing had run out.
