The rooms are fairly spacious, and reception speaks English, which I appreciated. Still, I've stayed in better places for less. The pool view is quite nice, but the internet is poor: most of the time videos only played at 360-480p, and 720p often wasn't possible. There are free washers and dryers, but three of each for all the apartments isn't enough. The gym is about what you'd expect, with three treadmills, one tower, and dumbbells up to 20kg. Breakfast is alright. The interior looks quite old-fashioned, though I'm not saying it actually is. The shower is okay but not great, and the TV is shabby, with low resolution, no smart features, and no Internet Access. The staff are polite, but not very professional: if you ask for something like a room change, they say they'll check and then never do. They also couldn't honor my reservation and tried to give me a lower room class than I'd paid for.

We had a great stay and plan to come back to San Luis Potosí. The property is new and spotless, and the secure parking put us at ease. Traveling with our small dog was easy since it's pet-friendly.

Rooms look out over the city, and the location is great, close to a big shopping mall and a supermarket about 100 m away. The service was pretty much perfect. There's a pool on the 12th floor, not very big but fine, with heated water, plus a small but useful gym. You can barbecue there too, which is great. Definitely recommend this hotel. :)

I was here for 19 days for bussiness, and the early checkout charge came as a surprise: $17.00 US per day for the length of the stay, adding up to over $400.00 US. They only mentioned it at check in at 11:30pm, and it felt like a scam. I could understand an extra day's charge, but I'll never come back. My reservation had been canceled when I arrived after traveling 14 hrs. They eventually found me a room after 40 minutes of searching, and gave me an upgrade at no charge.

The accessible room was very helpful for recovering after surgery. It had a level shower with no steps, a handheld shower head, a seat, and safety bars by the toilette seat. The rooms are huge, and they're only five minutes from the Lomas Hospital. I've always been a big fan of staybridge suites, especially the kitchens, big fridges, cozy beds, and relaxing showers. The hot breakfasts are fair, the socials are convenient, and the pools are great for kids, especially indoors. The laundry facility is a big plus, and the two bedroom suites are my favorite when traveling with children. Excellent service.
