We stayed in room #223, which was quiet and comfortable, with a nice outdoor seating area nearby. The shower was hot and the WiFi strong. Breakfast was a good continental spread with fruit and freshly baked rolls, and parking on site was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful at this pretty hotel. It's an easy, pleasant walk to the tourist spots, while the neighborhood still feels authentically Mexican. Highly recommend!

The patio is BEAUTIFUL, and the location is excellent. The staff were attentive, too. Just be careful going into the parking lot. And if you really need A/C, this probably isn't the spot for you. They do provide a fan, though.
2/10
The rooms looked clean, the food was decent, and the staff were friendly. Service was okay, and the kitchen reheated my lunch for me. But the toilet was so loud I was afraid to flush at night and wake other guests. More seriously, there was no A/C and barely any hot water. I tried to shower five times, but the water was lukewarm at best and I was still shaking. The other people with me said their water wasn't hot either, across three different rooms. I was cold the whole time, every night. Stay somewhere else if you don't want to be cold. Room 106, Nov 6 2025.

The WiFi was completely unusable, and the free breakfast was terrible. There was no air conditioning in the room, and it got extremely cold at night in January. I caught a cold from the chill.

Really clean room, good location and a nice staff. The service was excellent, and breakfast was good. Thanks so much for everything.
