The photos show a pool, but there isn’t one at the hotel. What they have is a jacuzzi open from 6 pm to 10 pm, capped at six people even though the hotel holds more than 20. There was also a window without a curtain, leaving part of the bed and bathroom visible. At check-in, the staff recited the company’s restrictive rules instead of welcoming us. They kept our INE (National Electoral Institute) ID cards during the stay and threatened to refuse us the room if we didn’t hand them over. I was also treated unfairly for wearing makeup and told I’d be charged five times the value of any linens I stained. After we complained about the treatment, our hot water was cut off. The time guests get between check-in and checkout felt limited in proportion to the price of the hotel’s exclusive services. When we left, they held us there for a long time and wouldn’t return my ID until they had checked the room and its few amenities. They spoke to us only by radio, and we couldn’t leave until the inspection was finished. I don’t recommend this place.

The rooms are clean and nice, but the reception staff were unfriendly. There was no internet, and they didn’t get it fixed. At midnight, people and children were still making noise in the pool, so the posted hours clearly weren’t being respected. The spa products are good, but the staff there were just as unfriendly. They still seem unsure who they’re trying to serve, and the experience falls short of a premium service.

The pools are really nice and clean, and the place itself is wonderful. But the staff are very rude. Reception is what gives a place its warmth, and they should replace those employees.

The rooms are pretty and very clean, and the place looks lovely, but the reception staff were unfriendly. I only stayed one night, and they kept my ID from check-in until I left. I don’t know if they do that to every guest. At checkout, they wouldn’t let me go until they checked whether I’d taken anything from the refrigerator. I’d had some water because there was no coffee maker, and they charged me for it. I’d recommend the place, but that really needs to change. ❤️
