Pueblo Bonito Vantage San Miguel de Allende

The park nearby is beautiful, and getting into town is an easy Uber ride. We’re having a great stay: the staff are accommodating, the room is clean, the gym is well equipped, and the food and coffee are delicious. They even bring dessert to our room each night, and the Wi-Fi is strong. We’d definitely come back.

The location makes it easy to enjoy San Miguel, and the rooms have spectacular views. They’re beautiful and comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout. From arrival, the staff made us feel welcome; everyone was friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. It was an extraordinary stay, and I’d gladly return again and again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😊

The restaurants served very good food, and the service made me feel right at home. I loved the hotel’s comfortable, modern facilities, and would definitely return.

Apart from the service issue, everything was very good. The hotel is nice and luxurious, with good facilities, but during the weekend I booked there was a private event at the upstairs pool. They redirected guests to the downstairs pool, which I understood. Then I waited half an hour for service and eventually had to find a waiter myself. Reception said they had “limited staff,” probably because of the private events. If events are going to take priority, they shouldn’t accept reservations.
