Casa Cielito Lindo Cozumel

A lovely little place to relax, well away from the port and downtown. The rooms were clean, and the amazing staff dealt with any problems right away. It's a very safe area of Cozumel, with plenty of parking for a car or scooter. It's also convenient if, like me, you prefer the east side of the island.

Casa cielito was a wonderful stay for us. Our host was welcoming, funny, and helpful, and arranged both an early check-in and early checkout. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good AC. The shower temperature was hard to keep steady, though there was hot water. We didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely and clean. It's far from the main square, but quiet and safe. The room has low lighting, which may be an issue for anyone with vision impairment. Thank you, Casa Cielito!

The bed was so comfortable, and Josue was available whenever we needed anything. He helped arrange taxis, offered restaurant and beach recommendations, and provided toiletries. We've never had a host so caring and kind. It's a little off the beaten path, but the quiet, serene setting made it well worth it. We had a wonderful stay.

For this price, I think it's one of the best hotels on Cozumel Island. We stayed four nights and were very comfortable. The owner was really helpful and shared good local tips. It's a little outside the town center, which is great for exploring local food. I usually avoid the heavy tourist areas, so the location suited me perfectly. I'd definitely come back without hesitation.
