We came from California for the Iron Man in Cozumel and had a wonderful two-day stay. It was the perfect landing pad for us and met our expectations. We asked for a quiet room because some clubs nearby get loud, but they stopped around 10 PM, so it didn't go too late. The front desk service was clear, fair and helpful, and we especially liked the breakfast each morning. The lobby and breakfast area were lovely, with good service, and the seating and lack of lobby music mentioned in other reviews weren't an issue for us. We also had no trouble using the rooftop pool. It has a beautiful ocean view and gorgeous sunsets. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt completely safe the whole time. The hotel is close to the port, restaurants and town center. The road was being finished during our stay; once it dries, drop-off right at the entrance should be easy, and taxis can be hailed a block away. This was a great, affordable, cheerful hotel, and we'd consider coming back to Cozumel.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful, and breakfast was just what I needed to get the day started. One thing to keep in mind: rooms at the back, away from the ocean, can be very loud because a couple of nightclubs or bars play band music until 11 PM or later. The ocean-view side is much quieter.

I wasn't enthusiastic about the hotel at first, but it turned out to be comfortable and really nice. The rooms are okay, nothing special, and the included breakfast was satisfying rather than amazing. The staff were kind, helpful and patient with all our questions. The rooftop pool is a bonus, especially for watching the sunset, and the location is perfect, just a three-minute walk from the ferry. It was an amazing experience, and we'll be back.

Right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to everything. There was construction throughout our stay, but aside from that it was a very nice place. Breakfast was cooked to order, which was a bonus.

We come back for a week every year and always look forward to it. It's clean, safe and comfortable, and the central location is great. The whole staff is so kind, and it feels like being with family. Breakfast is included, very good and made to order. We always get a king bed with a balcony where we can watch the ships come in. Water is available in the lobby. Thank you!!
