The hospitality, comfort, and excellent service made us feel safe and welcome here. The city has plenty to see, eat, and buy, with lots to do, and it was great to come back and rest at the hotel. I’d recommend visiting.

The location makes it easy to walk to tourist spots and local markets, and the room was clean. But the WiFi wasn’t really usable, there’s no A/C, and the water pressure was terrible. Decent enough, though a bit overpriced for what you get.

We’re used to noise since we live in Mexico, but more than three dogs barked wildly all night. The room also stank of the toilet freshener they used, and there was no hot water despite being told they had it. Not recommended.

The shower had genuinely nice hot water, and everything else was good too. We just couldn't get wifi in our room because it was too far from the signal.

It feels secure here, with security cameras around the property. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, and the staff are really friendly and welcoming.
