I wouldn’t stay here. There are nearby options like Aloft that feel more prestigious and cost less. During a business trip, I left my laptop at the hotel. I called that same day, and the team confirmed they had it and said they’d email the shipping fees and details. No email ever came, and I heard nothing else from the hotel. I couldn’t travel back to Mexico for 10 months, and when I finally returned for the laptop, they said too much time had passed and that the person who found it had sold it. Nobody had called or emailed me before it was sold. Now I need reimbursement from the person who sold it, but they won’t pay. Stay away.

A quiet hotel at a reasonable price, with a great mall very conveniently close by. The service was good too.

I never found a room without bugs in the mattress, even after trying seven different rooms. The people were very nice, but I ended up sleeping on top of the bed in a rain jacket and long pants, with no skin exposed. I had itchy bites on my arms and legs that lasted over a month. Check the bed if you decide to stay, and treat your luggage afterward so you don't take bugs home. I’d avoid this place and won’t stay again.

The hotel bar and restaurant serve good food and drinks, and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. The mall is close too, though crossing the road to get there means walking over rough ground while drivers speed by, so it feels a bit dangerous. Ask for a refrigerator in your room if you stay. Breakfast is pricey, so make sure it's included in your room package.

It's decent enough, but the rooms feel dated and dirtier than they should. Some tiles are broken, lights don't work, and both the bathroom layout and lighting are poor.
