avid hotel Queretaro Centro Sur by IHG

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, but I'm glad I did. The receptionist greeted me warmly, and there was a personalized welcome card waiting in my room. Everything was immaculate, with modern amenities, and I appreciated the effort to avoid single-use plastics. The lobby has a soda and cold water machine, plus a great coffee and chocolate machine. Every detail felt thought through, and I was thoroughly impressed with the stay. I'll definitely return whenever I'm in Querétaro. Highly recommended!

The rooms have everything you need for a good night's sleep, and the hotel is brand new. It's also conveniently located near Querétaro's main arteries.

There’s an Oxxo nearby, and about 1.5km away there are lots of places to eat. The hotel is new, clean, and comfortable, with parking on site and a pick-and-go breakfast. My only issue was the missing fridge in the room. Maybe that was just mine, or maybe none of the rooms have one. Still, it was a good place to stay.

We spent 10 days here while waiting for our apartment to become available. We’re Americans who don’t speak Spanish, and everyone, from the supervisor to the chambermaids, was accommodating. The place felt almost new and was exceptionally clean, the rooms seemed soundproofed, and breakfast was exceptional. The price was reasonable too. My wife and I would definitely stay again. Five stars.
