The pool is a big bonus, and the staff are lovely. The breakfast snacks had everything I needed to get the day started. Such a nice hotel in Queretaro, definitely recommend it.

The staff were so helpful when I got a little sick during one visit. They went to the pharmacy for me and helped me communicate with the doctor. I’m very grateful for their hospitality. Mexico has some of the kindest people, and I can’t think of anything to criticize about this hotel. I love staying here. It’s perfectly placed in town, within walking distance of the usual sights and attractions.

The staff are attentive, and the place feels cozy and elegant. I had everything I needed within walking distance, and wandering around the city was a lot of fun. I’d absolutely stay here again when I return to Querétaro.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, with loads of pillows, and the facilities were nice. We had a great four-night stay in January 2024, thanks in part to the sweet staff, Natalie, Estefi, and Lou, and the owner, Sylvia. They even put out a little breakfast for us on our last morning. Those small touches made the stay especially pleasant. If you want somewhere quiet with comfy beds and wonderful staff, I highly recommend it.
