The mattresses were so hard it felt like sleeping on a board, and the staff were noisy early in the morning, shouting, moving tables, and playing the radio. The fan in the women's room squeaked, too. Those things should be easy to improve. With softer beds, this could be a very good place. The location is great, it’s very clean and a cool place, and the reception desk was attentive. Staff were okay. It’s a cheap stay, so you can’t expect too much.

The upstairs dorms have no Wi-Fi. The toilets were only half cleaned once in four days, and that was after I complained. The bins there are disgusting. The upstairs kitchen is in terrible shape, with dirty plates and a dirty cooker, and the showers aren’t pleasant either. I’ve stayed in much better hostels in nicer Mexican cities for less than the overpriced rate they quote here. Avoid it if you care about hygiene.

The dorms are pretty cool, and the place looks nice with a great atmosphere. It’s well priced and in a great spot near some bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Really nice, helpful people and a fun place. It was very clean, and the cell phone nook was a thoughtful touch. The palapa hangout area was great too.

Very clean and inexpensive, with a nice rooftop. Late-night check-in is possible, which is great. Just call.
