Fiesta Inn Express Queretaro Constituyentes

A very comfortable hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast included. It's in a plaza with lots of restaurants, shops, and other services, which is a great advantage.

The elevators seem to have no coordination, with both going up or both going down at once. Getting clear parking information was a struggle too, since calling meant reaching someone at a call centre. I also waited 45 minutes for towels.

The pool and gym are on the top, seventh floor, with a beautiful view, and there’s free laundry up there too. The hotel is part of the mall, which makes shopping and eating convenient. Guests use the mall’s public garage and pay for parking through the hotel. I’d stay again.

I wouldn’t rate this place four stars, maybe two and a half at most. My sheets were visibly dirty, so I showed the front desk photos and asked for a change. After I came back from work, nothing had been done. I ended up stripping the bed and carrying the used sheets down to the lobby myself, and they sent up two clean ones for me to make the bed. Someone else in my group also found dirty sheets and hair in the shower.
