Hyatt Centric Queretaro

The location is good, but the rooms weren't up to par. I found hair on the pillows, and the bathroom was somewhat dirty, so the hygiene wasn't fully satisfactory. I recommend booking through the app. I had to cancel a reservation because I got the date wrong. I called to arrange a new booking, and they said they'd refund me later, but that never happened. When I followed up, they said I'd be penalized, even though the website clearly says cancellations are allowed without a penalty. I'd explained what happened and trusted them because I'd stayed there before. They emailed me the cancellation confirmation and asked for my information, but did NOT return my money. Now I have to wait for PROFECO, the Mexican consumer protection agency, to resolve and clarify my complaint.

There was no hot water for a shower, and the owner didn't answer when I called. The shower head hasn't been maintained, and water barely comes through its holes. They even use liquid hand soap as dish soap. A really bad experience, definitely wouldn't recommend it 👎🏽

Could someone help me find out how much each room costs?

At first, communication was excellent, but we had no hot water for two of the three days we stayed. They said they'd get in touch to sort it out once they were available. I guess they must be busy, since more than two weeks have passed and I still haven't heard from them. What a shame!
