There’s plenty of parking, the internet is good, and the rooms are clean and well maintained, with lots of electrical outlets. Room service was super fast, though the food wasn’t especially exciting. The location isn’t very appealing, but it was close to where I needed to do business, so it worked well as a decent business hotel. One downside for smokers: I couldn’t find a smoking area or even an ashtray, and ended up feeling like a bad person while searching around a corner for somewhere to smoke.

This is my third stay, and I’ll book again for my next vacation. It’s an excellent place to stay, and the breakfast is delicious.

Breakfast had very few options, and room service was slow, with the food arriving very cold. The room mix-up was worse: the first room was occupied, and my 9-year-old opened the door and came face to face with strangers. They moved us to a second room that smelled unbearably like sewers. It took a third try to get us into the right room.

I manage a Ramada.Hotel and wish mine were as nice as this place. I love it, highly recommend it, and it’s the only place I stay when I’m in Queretaro.
