We could've stayed longer. The hotel was beautiful, charming, and clearly well cared for. Our spacious room looked out over the lovely pool, and the huge bed was comfortable. Everyone on staff was gracious, helpful, and accommodating. We loved the restaurant too, the food was delicious and the atmosphere and music were lovely. I'll recommend it to friends, family, and even strangers.

We've been coming to Sayula every year and used to love staying here, but I doubt we'll come back after this visit. The master suite was the only room left, so we booked it for $250. It didn't feel worth that price. There were holes in the sheets, stains on the little couch, and no soap when we needed a shower. The bottles by the tub were empty too. The only person at the front desk eventually found a few small bars for us. Since we were paying for the amenities, we tried the tub, but it leaked. We mentioned everything at checkout the next day and felt they didn't care, or thought we were being high-maintenance. We may stay at Casa de los Patios instead.

The pool was fantastic, with comfy loungers around it where we could order food. We also had a great dinner at the restaurant. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and lovely. We'll definitely be back.

We were glad to have the air conditioning during the hottest time of year. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the meals at the hotel were very good and reasonably priced. Parking was free, and we really enjoyed both the room and the pool. The massage at the spa was a highlight too.

We had a great stay in August 2024. The staff were really friendly, and the location made it easy to get to coffee shops, a shopping center, and a hair salon.
