The rooms were roomy, quiet, and genuinely nice, and the big pool was a welcome way to cool off in the heat. I’d rate the place higher if the staff seemed to care more. They came across as passive and inattentive, which made me consider giving it a 3.

A small, decent place where I felt safe staying. The mountain views are good, and the pool is nice. The Wi-Fi, though, is awful.

We came as a group of 32 and had a great time at both the hotel and restaurant. The service was great, and my mom even became friends with the owner. We all loved the free mangos too, look for them by the hand-washing sink.

Everything was fine: the place was clean, the service was good, and the food was very good. The only issue was the lack of hot water in the shower. Honestly, we hardly missed it. I’d put it at about 3.5 stars.
