The location is great, and the staff are attentive. The rooms are spacious, but the place needs maintenance. You can hear everything from one room to another. Towels are old, the TV is tiny and has no connection, and the internet is extremely slow. There’s no parking.

It’s quiet despite being so close to the center, and the rooms are really comfortable. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and the service was outstanding. We’ll definitely come back.

The location is the only thing I liked. There’s no air conditioning, the TV is about two inches, and its internet connection is terrible. The bathroom has no ventilation, and you can hear everything that goes on in there. Thalia at reception has a terrible temper and is very unfriendly. On top of that, she’s from humble origins.

The staff were very courteous and friendly, but the seafood smell in the rooms was strong and unbearable. Without air conditioning or fans, you have to air the room through the balcony, and that lets even more of the smell in. The showers have too little water pressure, and a poorly designed bathroom detail makes it difficult to use, despite the architect claiming it was functional. I wouldn’t recommend it for families or medium-length stays.
