Hotel Villa Palmeras

Ups.

The internet was painfully slow, whether we were on the second floor or the ground floor, and cell service was lacking too. The pool is about two houses away from the hotel, has no lights at night, and anyone can get in, including people who aren’t guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the receptionist was very friendly. Our bathroom was a little small, although the shower was quite spacious. It’s a good hotel, with those connectivity and pool-access drawbacks.

Some small repairs are needed, like the broken bathroom tiles and the faulty toilet handle. Still, the hotel is comfortable and pleasant, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool, just steps away, is a comfortable place to spend time.

The pool area was roomy and clean, and the air conditioning, fan, and internet all worked very well. The hotel itself was spotless and beautiful, with wonderful service from the staff. There’s parking, and you can bring a bicycle. 100% recommended. I’ll stay here again when I return to Tecolutla.
