Pretty good.

There's barely any usable beach now. Waves reach the access stairs, so you can't really enjoy it. The facilities are run-down too, which made the stay worse. I also found the restaurant's pricing confusing: the menu in the room listed lower prices than the one in the lobby. When I asked, the manager said the lobby menu was the correct one, but didn't acknowledge the mistake or offer a fix. Guests shouldn't have to deal with that, and it leaves you distrustful. Management needs to keep better track of details like these. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. They need to be more transparent and take better care of the property.

You can see the ocean, but the hotel no longer really has a beach. To reach one, you need to walk around 100 meters, and the access points aren't well designed. The hotel is large and old, and it badly needs maintenance. Some rooms also lack hot water. I rented two, a single and a double. The single had hot water and cell service, but the double never had hot water and had no cell signal indoors. Smart TVs aren't in every room either.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly. Thanks, Mr. Dámaso, for looking after us. Our room was spacious, had hot water, a lovely view, and comfortable seating. There was no cell service inside, though we could get it on the balcony, and the rooms don't have Wi-Fi. The place is spacious, quiet, and in a great location. The kitchen wasn't working that day, so there was no food, coffee, or dessert, and nowhere to buy cold drinks. Still, we'd definitely return. The price is another plus: the place next door charged almost three times as much, while this hotel felt more spacious, safer, and nicer.
