Reef Yucatan Hotel and Convention Center All Inclusive

I loved how peaceful it was away from the city's noise. There's a disco set well away from the rooms, so it doesn't disturb people who want to rest. The room was spacious, with a fun hanging hammock, though I'm not sure every room has one. I saw hammocks on some decks and very comfortable chairs on others. The property layout is excellent, the room views are lovely, and the gardens were perfectly kept. The pool was clean, and there were plenty of chairs in good condition. When I arrived around noon, my room wasn't ready, but the staff warmly welcomed me and offered to store my luggage. Knowing my things were safe, I spent the afternoon in the sun and enjoyed delicious food and drinks. Service was impeccable, including drinks brought to me while I lounged by the ocean. Everyone paid attention to making sure I was looked after. The music selection was varied and wasn't too loud. There's a tennis court, ping pong, and pickleball, plus a nice daycare area for parents who want a break from the kids. The place was very clean, and maid service was prompt and efficient. I felt very safe, had an amazing stay, and will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

My boyfriend and I had a great time on our Carnival excursion here. The whole place had such a fun, relaxing feel, and the pool was beautiful. Getting to the beach was easy, and the drinks were definitely 10/10. We'd absolutely come back on our next trip! 🌴🍹☀️

We stayed in November 2025 and really loved the place, especially since the new owners took over a few months earlier. I recommend the all-inclusive option, you won't regret it. I don't find the bad reviews from other guests helpful; every staff member we dealt with was really friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning maids. The bar staff by the pool were especially attentive. We have no complaints at all, loved the place, and will be back in February. See you soon!

The rooms and hotel are really pretty, and the staff were nice and friendly. But the food was scarce and cold, there's no gym or beach, the pool feels like a backyard pool, and there was no entertainment. The services aren't what you'd expect from an all-inclusive hotel. This is probably the cheapest version of an all-inclusive in Quintana Roo, and it was really disappointing. They shouldn't market it as all-inclusive.
