The guard was friendly and nice, and the facilities themselves are pleasant. Still, it seems set up mainly for groups and bus tours. The restaurant looks like it can serve, I think, 500 people, which makes the hotel feel a bit too big for travelers just passing through. There's also a club next door with loud music late into the night, and you can hear it in your room. On top of that, a bright light outside the room stays on all night, making it feel like daytime.

Breakfast was very good and had a range of options. It's a convenient place for being near the pyramids, but don't expect international hotel standards.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool area was decent, with drinks available. Staff were lovely from the front desk to housekeeping, who kept our room spotless. It's walkable to the Pyramids and other restaurants, and the breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. Sleeping, though, was impossible both nights. A nightclub next door played music all night, possibly on weekends, and the bass was strong enough to feel in the room. Guest noise was a problem too. There seemed to be no staff on site after 10:30pm, so guests did as they pleased. One room had a party going past 1:30am with music and shouting. Other guests banged on the door to confront them, but with no staff there, nothing happened. The pool was barely heated and still very cold. There were no hairdryers, even when we asked, so bring your own. And there wasn't a toilet seat in our room?

We had such a good stay here that I'd come back. The pool is a nice extra, and the rooms feel updated and are kept in good shape, with really good beds. It's easy to walk to the pyramid from the hotel, which sits between Teotihuacan's entrances 3-4. Breakfast was a highlight too, with quesadillas and eggs made fresh.

After walking around the ruins, this is a handy spot for lunch. The restaurant is right by the pyramids, and the buffet was good. Friendly service, too.
