We ended up paying 1100 Mexican pesos (55 €) for a taxi at night, only to be told by the hotel that our room wasn't available because other people had taken it. I'd contacted them three times after booking to say we'd arrive around midnight, through Booking, by email, and by phone. I also called when we got there, but nobody answered. We had to find another hotel, where we paid 30% more and didn't get breakfast. Be very careful with this hotel. I'm not sure you'll actually get to stay there.

The included breakfast was pretty basic, just a simple continental one. Aside from that, the rooms were clean and furnished well enough, and the family running the place was friendly. There's a lovely garden that's good for kids, and entrance 1 to the pyramids is about a kilometer away on foot.

I loved relaxing in the green areas outside, which were much bigger than I expected. The location is great, with plenty within walking distance, and breakfast is free. This place has everything I wanted. Highly recommend.

We were close to the pyramids, and apart from the issues, it was a nice stay. The staff are friendly and really try to please you. They can arrange rides to the airports for 1000 or 2000 per ride, and there's wifi. But we had no water on the first night, and the TV never worked. The beds were okay except for one, which had a very old mattress with a big worn-in hole.
