Clean place, nice pool, and the shower had great water pressure. Service was very good too. The food was so delicious, especially the Sopa de Crema Sol y Luna.

Our family of seven loved this hotel. Two adults and five kids fit comfortably between a family suite and a standard room. There are lots of beautiful places to hang out around the property, the restaurant is excellent, and the sites are conveniently close. The staff were very professional.

BUYER BEWARE: Expedia mentions in tiny print that check-in is ONLY available from 3-5 PM. If you arrive at 5:30 PM, you’re completely out of luck, and they refused to refund me. I have to wonder whether most of these other reviews are fake. Teotihuacan is about 1-2 hours from Mexico City, depending on where you leave from and traffic, so I imagine lots of people arrive after 5, especially on busy days. Who has heard of a hotel with such an absurd policy? I’ve never seen another place with just a two-hour check-in window. This gives me a great business idea: open a hotel with a 3:00 to 3:01 check-in window, list it on Expedia, and collect money for free. BEWARE! In response to the owner: Our cab dropped us at your hotel, but nobody was at the gate. The phone number painted on the wall went straight to voicemail, and so did the number online. We were stranded with our luggage until we had to get another car to go a mile down the road to a different hotel. After we complained and showed you a documented receipt from that hotel for the day we’d booked yours, you still refused to refund us.

A great place to stay if you want to see the nearby pyramids on foot. The rooms are on the small side but still nice and pretty. Service is very good, and there’s a nice pool.
