Just okay.

The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and compact, with a thoughtful layout. They feel cozy. One thing to watch for is the rainy season, when nearby areas flood and getting to the property can be difficult. Aside from that, everything was fine.

A quiet spot with clean, no-frills rooms, and good value for the price.

I couldn't get a decent night's rest here. People kept coming and going, opening the gate to move cars, and the metal room doors bang shut. The rooms also have no windows, so there's no ventilation. I'm not sure which of those problems is worse. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking to rest.

It's comfortable and clean inside, even if the exterior gives a different impression. It's not a five-star place, but it was fine.
