Excellent service.

Ana was especially attentive to every detail or problem, and the rest of the staff were friendly and efficient too. The location is ideal if you want to avoid noise and the traffic jams that happen when Tepoztlán’s main avenue gets congested. There are two small pools with loungers, and breakfast is included as a buffet. Our room was spacious, bright, and well ventilated. The private parking made the stay feel especially comfortable and secure. I highly recommend it. One thing to know: Google Maps points to the start of a private street, but the hotel is at the end. There are signs, though it helps to know that ahead of time.

The pools were a little cold since they’re warmed by solar panels and don’t have a heater. Cell reception was also very weak, and the Wi-Fi a bit unreliable. Still, I’d sincerely recommend this hotel. My partner and I stayed Friday to Sunday in a spacious Master Jacuzzi room with a hydromassage tub. It was impeccably clean, with good water pressure and hot water all day. Everyone, from reception to the waiters, was very, very friendly. It’s a 6 or 7 minute drive from the city center and has plenty of parking.

It’s a peaceful place away from the noise, so sleeping well was easy. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean and in good condition, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I’d happily come back and highly recommend it.
