My wife and I stayed here from March 16 to 18 for our daughter's wedding. Check-in went very well, but checking out turned into a serious problem. We were asked to pay for what we'd had at the restaurant, and paid by bank card. The young man at reception handed us a terminal slip showing an error. We told him the money had already been taken from our account, but he said it was a mistake and would be returned. We then had to pay in cash. A few days later, our banking app showed a detailed record confirming the card payment had gone through. Once back in the Czech Republic, we asked our bank, and they confirmed the money had been charged and sent, but couldn't return it. Repeated messages and follow-ups with the hotel got us nowhere. Future guests should know they might end up paying twice for their stay, with nobody resolving the issue. Best wishes to the hotel for improving its service.

The hotel and rooms were gorgeous, and every staff member we dealt with was helpful and great. We had a fabulous stay and I can't recommend it enough. It's a bit far from downtown, which suited us. Staff helped us get taxis, so the distance wasn't a problem.

The management really goes out of its way to give great service. This is one of the chicest hotels I've stayed in, and I love this place.
