The reception staff are rude on the phone, and you can expect the same when you visit. The receptionist clearly doesn't care about you. Don't bother with this place, they'll mistreat you.

The room was spacious, elegant, and clean, and the staff were very attentive. The swimming pool with a bar was a nice extra. Just amazing. The town is very small and isn't very well maintained.

I had planned to visit Morelos and stay here earlier this year, but the pandemic meant I couldn't travel, so I needed to reschedule. They told me I could call back to arrange new dates, but when I did, they said the time allowed had already passed. My original visit was during Semana Santa in April, when the rate was $200USD for the night. I paid half to reserve the room, and ended up losing that money because they wouldn't work with me to reschedule. They said I hadn't called, though I did try and couldn't get through because the call wouldn't connect or their lines were busy. They also claimed I never answered when they tried to contact me, but they never did. Refusing to reschedule and keeping my money is a messed up way to do business.

Daniel, the security guard, deserves special thanks for keeping an eye on us and helping us feel safe. We had a really nice stay, and the service was great.
