It was okay.

Pretty good.

The caretaker was kind, and I feel bad for them, but this place should be closed. There was no reception and nobody else around. My room was in awful shape: the TV didn't work, the sink was broken, and the bed had tiny ants that bit all night. I also saw large spiders. There were no towels, the red-cushioned armchair was broken, and the table shown in the listing wasn't there, so there was nowhere to sit. The pool was neglected and out of service, with trash everywhere. People knocked on the windows, and because they were so high up, you couldn't even tell who it was. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.

I had to book this place in a hurry for an event nearby, but it turned out to be 10 miles from where I needed to go. The parking area was really just a small garden-like spot with room for about 3-4 cars, and a watchman was responsible for keeping an eye on things and opening its gate. When we arrived, the person who greeted us said we could leave the room unlocked because they didn't give us a key. That made me uneasy. The room had no air conditioning and was very hot, with two beds on stone bases. One window was broken and patched with duct tape. It cost $850 MXN, payable in cash on arrival. They had no change, so they said they'd give me 50 pesos at checkout. I've included photos for anyone considering a stay. I don't recommend it.
